1. Rockstar Beach Apartments - Bangrak Beach (Maps Link)

Our flats are located directly on Bangrak beach, 20 metres to be exact. Bangrak is an area that is very popular with tourists and long term foreigners as you can get almost everywhere quickly, a beautiful sandy beach, many shops, bars and restaurants are located along the beach road. As a further highlight, some of the most important peers for the ferries to Koh Tao, Koh Phangan and some other destinations are within walking distance.

The flats on the first and second floor of the house have a general area with seating in the hallway at the beginning of both floors, where smoking is also allowed.

Since there are countless shops and restaurants right next to our house, we do not have a kitchen or kitchen appliances in these flats, but there is a small fridge with freezer compartment.directly below the flat you will find a great little cafe house, opposite a massage parlour and a really good burger restaurant.in front of our front door / on the beach is the 17 restaurant that works with us, where you can also have something brought to your room.if you consume something there, you can also use all the loungers and other amenities for free.

In the inner courtyard we have a few non-reservable parking spaces, there is always room for motorbikes, but it can get quite tight for cars!

In front of you are some famous sights such as the Plai Leam Temple or the Big Buddha, Chaweng Beach is about 15 minutes away. The nearest 7/11 market is a 2-3 minute walk away. In the neighbourhood you can play tennis, golf and other sports, and as usual there are many possibilities to do your own laundry or take your laundry to a laundry shop, so we do not have a washing machine in the house!

2. Rockstar Replay Condo 1 and 2 - Bangrak Beach (Maps Link) 2 Apartments!

We really care about making sure everything is super clean and tidy, so you can relax and feel completely at ease.

In your lovely room, you can relax on a super comfy queen-size bed, work at your desk chair or read your favourite books on the coffee table.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast in our lovely pantry kitchen. We've made sure to provide everything you need to get your day off to a good start, including a cooker, extractor bonnet with fridge, kettle and toaster.

Our lovely cosy studio is 26 square metres in size and fully furnished. It's located on the second floor of the B building, so you'll have a nice quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. You'll love the small private balcony where you can relax.

We're so happy to introduce you to some of the wonderful facilities we have available for you!

We'll take care of you and make sure you have lovely fresh bed linen and towels (once per stay).

We're sure you'll absolutely love our swimming pools! The complex has two children's pools, a normal pool and a main pool, so there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy!
We also have deckchairs and seating for you to enjoy! Please help yourself!
And there's even a swim-up bar for you to enjoy!
You'll absolutely love the gym! It's got everything you could possibly need, from running and rowing machines to free weights and mats.
We're right near Fisherman's Village and Bangrak Beach!
Just 5 kilometres away is the gorgeous Chaweng!
We've got a tennis court too!
And there's even a basketball court!
And there's a 24-hour mini-market right on site, so you'll never be far from supplies!
We've got a secure car park, so you can leave your car with us and feel right at home!

3. Rockstar Replay Deluxe Studio - Bangrak Beach (Maps Link)

The cosy deluxe studio is over 32 square metres in size and fully furnished. It is located on the second floor of the F building, which is at the back of the complex away from the street with a direct view of the beautiful pool landscape from the balcony.

Bedroom and living area are separated by a curtain, there are 2 SmartTVs at your disposal.
A surround music system and some other special extras.

We are pleased to introduce you to some of the key facilities we have available for you!

We take care of you and provide you with fresh bed linen and towels. (once per stay)

4. Villa Bob Dylan - Plai Leam (Maps Link)

We look forward to welcoming you to our new, beautiful Sea View Infinity Pool Villa in the north of Koh Samui.

Our Rockstar Villa Bob Dylan is a very special place. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking view, from Choeng Mon Beach to Plaileam. The neighbouring island of Koh Phangan with its impressive mountains is also clearly visible. This villa is surrounded by nature, so you can observe many different birds.
The beautiful, very large infinity pool (10 x 4 metres) is a very special highlight and much larger than other villas of this size.

Our villa has a spacious living area, an open-plan kitchen and a dining table, so you can move around freely at any time. The entire area can be opened up via the patio doors so that you can enjoy the outdoors at all times.

Three ceiling fans and a very powerful air conditioning system ensure a pleasant temperature so that you can feel completely at ease.

Two of the three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. One of them is located at the side of the house.

You can look forward to all the amenities you could wish for. A huge terrace with sun loungers and a covered seating area are already waiting for you.

The driveway is equipped with an electric gate so that you can easily and safely enter the villa from your car.

In each of our cosy bedrooms you will find a Smart TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

Our villa is perched on a small hill, like all SeaView villas here. The driveway is steep, as is usual here, but very wide, new and straight, with no bends or other obstacles.

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that two new villas are currently being built next to us and will be completed soon. We would therefore like to offer you our dream villa at a slightly lower price.

Our employees are responsible for cleaning the pool twice a week and clean the garden once or twice a week.

We are also happy to customise this work to suit your needs in terms of time.
